The boys were doing a bit of fish smoking. Maybe they like to smoke only the smallest of the catch, or there was not much to speak of in the first place. I don’t know. But as you can see, if the catch of the day wasn’t the biggest, it sure looked good. And was definitely tasty.

Doing it in the old fashioned way, I guess. Fire it up, with wood chips and a little bit of sugar for color. The thing to keep in mind is not to have too big a flame cause the fish don’t need that much heat.
